Our story
Pizza l'authentique is inspired by my home town of Marseille where we have mobile pizzerias, the pizzas are prepared with fresh ingredients directly in front of you and cooked in a traditional wood fired brick oven. The smell and the taste is mouthwatering.
When I came to England in 2005 it was difficult to find pizzas cooked in this traditional way, so I wanted to bring this piece of Marseille to England! My pizzas are made with the same Mediterranean passion and I hope when people try them they too will discover the taste of the south of France.
Pizza l'authentique is unique, a mobile pizzeria with a wood burning oven installed! something we haven't seen in England before, as far as we know! Being mobile means we can take our delicious pizzas to private events and festivals. We are also catering for our local area, have a look at our when and where page for further information.
